1. Request a quote. Tell me the property address, the purpose of the appraisal and your deadline. You get a fee and timeline quickly.
2. Schedule the visit. Once you approve the quote, we set a time for the inspection.
3. Inspection. I measure and photograph the property and note its condition, upgrades and features.
4. Market research. I study recent nearby sales and local conditions to support the value.
5. Report delivery. You receive a clear written report with the value conclusion and the reasoning behind it.
6. Questions answered. If you or your lender have questions about the report, I will walk through them with you.

Typical timeline: Most residential reports are delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Rush service is sometimes available.
