I have been valuing Minnesota homes since 1991. For nearly 35 years I have appraised properties of every type, held a real estate broker license for over 25 years, and spent 14 years as a national review appraiser for one of the four largest banks in the country, checking other appraisers' work for accuracy and support.
That mix of field, brokerage and review experience shapes how I work. I know how buyers and sellers think, how lenders read a report, and what makes a valuation stand up when someone challenges it.
